Darren & Hannah Fay
Darren was first introduced to Back2Back Ministries through Beth and Todd Guckenberger and served as an intern in Monterrey, Mexico during the summers and months of January from 2000-2003. Darren also studied International Business for a semester at Monterrey Tec in 2003. Hannah went on her first mission's trip to Ciudad Mante, Mexico in 2000 and felt compelled to commit her life to serve the poor and oppressed. In 2004 Darren and Hannah led a group of friends from Taylor University to serve for a week in Monterrey, Mexico with Back2Back. During this time, they committed to prayer regarding full time ministry with Back2Back.
Darren and Hannah Fay graduated from Taylor University in 2005. In September of 2005 they married and moved to Cincinnati, Ohio. Darren worked in sales and Hannah practiced and studied social work, graduating from University of Cincinnati with a Masters Degree in Social Work in 2008.
With the support of their amazing friends and family members, the Fays were ready and excited to report as full time staff, with a service commitment of three years, with Back2Back in January 2010. Darren and Hannah will be working primarily as support staff for the volunteers who travel and serve alongside the staff in Mexico. Darren will also be using his business background to help develop some of the existing small businesses that are in place to assist the children's homes with whom Back2Back partners. The Fays are excited to join the staff in Mexico and use their knowledge and hearts to bless the people of Monterrey and the many volunteers that give of their time to serve the ministry.
