Steve and Christy Ross are from Cincinnati, Ohio. They were married on August 20, 2005. Steve graduated from Cincinnati State in 2004 with a degree in the computer field. They came on staff with Back2Back in February 2007.
Steve works in the office in Monterrey, Mexico helping out with finances, scheduling, communication, and information management. Christy plans birthday parties for each of the children’s homes that Back2Back works with, helps out with groups, along with other miscellaneous duties. Steve and Christy have a heart for the children and teens that Back2Back works with. They feel so blessed to be a part of this ministry serving those that are less fortunate.
