Campus Impact Ministry

Back2Back Impact Vision:  Through effective modeling and training from Impact, churches will actively introduce students to Christ in their natural environment; disciple and grow them into dynamic leaders in their schools and communities; and challenge them to ongoing Christian service through domestic and foreign outreach missions opportunities.

Back2 Back Impact Mission:  To provide students with the opportunity to meet Jesus Christ and become capable, effective leaders serving their campuses, communities, and world.

Our Method
Back2Back Impact offers an innovative approach to local church youth ministry by providing access to full time ministry staff.  B2B Impact helps the church reach the local school campuses by pairing this staff of trained youth workers with the church's youth ministry.  Their common goal is to reach students for Christ.  This partnership allows the youth pastor to focus on nurturing students in the church, and the B2B Impact staff to focuus on reaching out to students in the local community.

Our Strategy
Relationships - Identify and spend time with various student groups & subcultures
Impact groups - Train students to lead Bible studies and activities related to the group's particular interest
Coming Together - Provide student focused meetings and fellowship opportunities
Integration into the local church - Integrate students into the church of today so they will be the church of tomorrow

Making a local and global impact
Students will serve through:
Participating in work projects
Connecting with children and the elderly in our community
Partnering with Back2Back international  mission projects in Monterrey, Mexico and Jos, Nigeria
